Community Guidelines

Zenly works because people treat each other with respect. These guidelines apply to everyone who uses the App, whether you start sessions or share your experience in them. Breaking them can lead to warnings, suspension or removal.

1. Our principles

2. What to do

3. What is not allowed

4. If you share your experience

People who share their experience in sessions have extra responsibilities. Speak only about what you have lived through. Do not present your views as professional advice. If someone describes a medical concern, encourage them to reach out to their nearest doctor. If someone seems to be in immediate danger, encourage them to contact local emergency services.

5. Reporting and blocking

You can report or block anyone from within the App, during or after a session. Reports are confidential. Please include what happened so we can act quickly. Blocking stops that person from contacting you again. Our team reviews reports; see Content Moderation for how this works.

6. What happens if you break the guidelines

Depending on the seriousness and your history, we may give a warning, limit features, suspend your account, or remove it permanently. Serious cases, such as those involving minors or threats to safety, may be reported to the authorities. We may also forfeit unused coins when an account is removed for serious breaches, as set out in the Terms of Use.

7. Appeals

If you think we made a mistake, write to app-support@kisotechnologies.in within 30 days of the action. A different member of our team will take a fresh look.

8. Changes

We may update this guidelines from time to time. We may or may not tell you about a change in the App, so please visit this page regularly to see the latest version. The “Last updated” date at the bottom of this website shows when it was most recently revised. If you keep using the App after a change, that means you accept the updated guidelines.
