Safety Center
Your safety matters more than anything else in Zenly. Here is how to protect yourself, what tools you have, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1. Staying safe in sessions
- Keep personal details private, such as your address, workplace, phone number and financial information.
- Never send money, gifts or banking details, and never accept requests for them.
- Stay in the App. Be wary of anyone asking to move to another service.
- Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, end the session.
- Remember that you can end a session at any time, with no explanation.
2. Your safety tools
- Report a person from their profile or session screen.
- Block a person so they can’t contact you again.
- End a session at any moment.
- Contact support by email for anything else.
Sessions are monitored for safety. Read more on our Content Moderation page.
3. Who you’ll be talking to
Experience Sharers are people with lived experience who have completed identity (KYC) verification. They are not doctors, therapists or professionals, and they do not diagnose or treat. They share their own experience, and what worked for them.
4. Your health
For any medical concern, please reach out to your nearest doctor. Zenly is not a medical service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right away.
5. Protecting your account
- Keep your login details private and use a strong password.
- Keep your phone’s operating system and the App up to date.
- Check your coin balance and purchase history regularly, and tell us about anything unfamiliar.
- You can delete your account from within the App at any time.
6. Adults only
The App is for people aged 18 and over. If you know of an account that belongs to someone under 18, please report it.
