Content Moderation
People share personal experiences in Zenly, so we work hard to keep conversations safe and respectful. This page explains how we moderate the App, and what you can expect from us.
1. What we moderate
We moderate conduct and content in sessions and in profiles, including names, photos and any information users share, against our Community Guidelines.
2. How we moderate
- Live monitoring. All sessions are monitored for safety.
- User reports. Anyone can report a person from within the App, during or after a session.
- Blocking. Anyone can block another person in the App.
- Identity verification. People who offer sessions are verified before they can go live, which helps us hold them accountable.
- Human review. Trained team members review reports and make decisions on actions.
3. Reporting someone
- Open the person’s profile or the session screen.
- Tap Report, choose the reason and add details.
- Submit. You can also block the person at the same time.
Reports are confidential, and the person you report is not told who reported them.
4. What we do after a report
- Reports involving safety risks, minors or threats are reviewed first.
- We may speak with the people involved, review session information, and check the person’s history.
- We then take proportionate action: a warning, a feature limit, a temporary suspension, or permanent removal.
- Serious cases may be reported to the authorities where the law requires or allows.
- We tell you when we have acted on your report, to the extent we can share.
5. Appeals
If you think we made a mistake, email app-support@kisotechnologies.in within 30 days. A different team member will review the decision.
6. Our commitments
- We apply our rules consistently.
- We act on reports promptly.
- We protect the privacy of people who report.
- We review and improve our approach regularly.
7. Updates to this page
We may update this page from time to time. We may or may not tell you about a change in the App, so please visit this page regularly to see the latest version. The “Last updated” date at the bottom of this website shows when it was most recently revised. If you keep using the App after a change, that means you accept the updated page.
8. Need help right now?
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. Moderation is not an emergency service.
